We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and experienced IELTS Trainer to join our dynamic team. As a full-time IELTS Trainer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality English language instruction to students preparing for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) exam. You will be responsible for helping students achieve their desired band scores by providing expert training, personalized feedback, and engaging lessons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive IELTS preparation lessons (both general training and academic modules) to students.
- Assess students’ abilities and provide personalized feedback to help them improve their skills.
- Design and implement lesson plans and course materials, ensuring alignment with the IELTS exam structure and requirements.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly to meet their individual learning needs.
- Conduct mock exams and provide comprehensive feedback on performance.
- Motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with fellow trainers and staff to maintain a high standard of teaching.
- Stay updated on IELTS exam changes and best teaching practices.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred).
- CELTA/TEFL/TESOL certification (preffered).
- Proven experience as an IELTS Trainer, with at least 5 years of experience teaching IELTS preparation.
- Excellent knowledge of the IELTS exam format, structure, and band score requirements.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in creating customized lesson plans and delivering both group and individual lessons.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and remote learning tools is a plus.
- Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
- A passion for teaching and helping students achieve their goals.
